By accessing or using the Packgine platform operated by gCurv Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
Packgine is an AI-powered SaaS platform that automates global packaging compliance for EPR, PPWR, and ESG reporting. The platform provides packaging analytics, compliance reporting, material recommendations, and regulatory monitoring.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, or to interfere with the proper working of the platform.
The platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by gCurv Technologies and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform.
Access to certain features of the platform requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed quarterly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your subscription agreement.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy in compliance data and analytics, the platform does not constitute legal advice. Users should consult qualified legal counsel for specific compliance questions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, gCurv Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
